OUR AIMS 

SECRA’s Constitution guides our activities: 

1.  To promote the interests of the residents of the South-East Precinct of the City of Adelaide and adjoining areas. 

2.  To preserve and enhance the inherent character and heritage of the neighbourhood including the adjacent area of parklands and,

     in particular, Victoria Park. 

3.  To support the provision of local retail and service facilities whilst retaining the village atmosphere of Hutt Street. 

4.  To determine the policy of the Association in relation to matters affecting the South-East Precinct
